Created during an artist residency at Colle Ameno in 2022, Traces explores the encounter between the female body and the surrounding landscape. Through double exposures, the human figure merges with its environment, becoming part of a place rather than simply inhabiting it. The images emerge from an intuitive dialogue between body and landscape, where physical presence and memory intertwine, leaving traces of an encounter that is both real and imagined.
